$125,000 Settlement for Ice Slip Premises Liability Case

Newman Injury Law handled a premises liability matter in Delaware County for a gentleman delivering a load of paper by pallet to a local store on his route when he slipped and fell on an isolated patch of ice on the sidewalk entrance to the store. Was able to prove that the store was open for business and accepting deliveries and as such, failed to make the entrance safe for its business invitees.
